InviteFromMe is a free tool for sending party invitations from your own email and phone. Use it for real invitations to people you know, and keep your own copy of anything you want to keep.
These terms are an agreement between you and runMast LLC ("we"), which runs InviteFromMe.com. By using the site you agree to them. Our Privacy page explains how we handle information.
What InviteFromMe does
It helps a host set up a party, prepare personal invitations, and track replies. The invitations themselves are sent by the host's own device, through the host's own Mail and Messages apps and Apple's Shortcuts app. InviteFromMe doesn't send email or text messages itself.
Your responsibilities as a host
- You're the sender of every invitation and reminder that goes out from your device, and you're responsible for it.
- Only invite people you know and have a reason to invite. Don't use InviteFromMe for advertising, sales, fundraising solicitations, or messages to people who haven't agreed to hear from you.
- Only add contact details you're allowed to share, and follow the laws that apply to the messages you send.
- Only upload pictures and text you have the right to use. Nothing unlawful, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit.
- Keep your private party link private. Anyone who has it can manage your party.
- Don't try to break, overload or get around the site's limits, or to reach other people's parties.
Your content
What you add stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you share it with, only to run your party and only for as long as described on our Privacy page.
Deletion and your copy
A party's guest list, replies and picture are deleted 7 days after the party. Keep the copy your browser saves, or download one from your party page, if you want a record. After deletion we can't recover it.
Other services
Sending relies on Apple's Shortcuts, Mail and Messages, and on your own email and phone accounts. Those are provided by others under their own terms, and they can change or stop working. We aren't responsible for them, or for whether a message is delivered, filtered as junk, or read.
Changes and suspension
We may change or stop the service, or these terms, at any time. If we change the terms, we'll update this page and its date. We may remove a party or block access that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.
No warranty
InviteFromMe is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any invitation or reply will be delivered.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, runMast LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of InviteFromMe. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
